Some days we just feel heavy and that's normal. But often we get in our heads about it. We may think "why am I feeling like this?" or "I don't want to feel this."
Instead let's use this as a chance to explore the sensations, associations and feelings tied to this experience. Do this from wherever in whatever position is most comfortable for you while allowing you to stay awake and alert.
