Sacred Strength 4-Week Series

Looking to tone or build strength? This 4-week online program focuses on building strength through asana thru strong, creative transitions, movements and poses.

You'll get access to 12 30-minute practices that target a specific area of the body and specific types of strengthening movements. These all-levels classes will give you the chance to modify as needed or dial it up, including opportunities for inversions and more advanced body weight movements. We will begin with a short warm-up and then flow continuously building up to a final peak flow.

Deepen your yoga practice & move through fun and creative transitions you'll want to keep practicing on your own!

We recommend practicing 3x a week while using our program.

Week 4 - Putting it All Together

    This 35-minute practice builds targeted core and back strength. We'll work with table balance, cheetah, side plank variations and fallen triangle to work full core engagement

    In this 30-minute practice you'll start with targets core work and flow as you integrate cheetahs and other targeted core work.

  • Sacred Strength / Core 3

    This 30-minute practice builds core strength with forearm plank, navasana (boat pose) and navasana variations, along with chair transitions and straddle "hovers" to target the core.

  • Sacred Strength / Arms Part 1

    This 30-minute practice builds upper body strength with push-up variations, tricep extensions, cobra work, and more

  • Sacred Strength / Arms Part 2

    This 35-minute practice builds upper body strength with push-up variations, tricep extensions, cobra work, one-armed downdog and more. You'll balance your work with a series of binds as we flow.

  • Sacred Strength / Arms Part 3

    This 25-minute practice builds upper body strength with wild things, salabasana variations, tricep extensions, plank work, and chatarunga.

  • Sacred Strength / Legs 1

    In this 35-minute practice you'll build strong and steady legs. Work through quads, glutes and more - with equal parts strength and stretch.

  • Sacred Strength / Legs 2

    In this 30-minute practice you'll build strong and steady legs with goddess, squats, lunges and variations then expand flexibility with lizard lunge, malasana and more.

  • Sacred Strength / Legs 3

    In this 30-minute practice you'll build strong and steady legs. Integrating leg extensions, squats, and OMG - we'll target the legs and build strength and heat

  • Sacred Strength - Putting Together 1

    This 30-minute practice brings together legs, arms and core for a full body practice. This practice includes navasana, side plank, chatarunga work and spinal balance, lunges and goddess variations.

  • Sacred Strength - Putting Together 2

    This 30-minute practice brings together legs, arms and core for a full body practice. Work into chatarunga push ups, side plank, wild thing variations, archers pose.

  • Sacred Strength - Putting Together 3

    This 30-minute practice brings together legs, arms and core for a full body practice.
