Today we will start with some kriyas, move to asana and then wind down with some pranayama and meditation. A chance to root into the depths of the practice and show up for what we really return to yoga for. This is different for all of us but may include reduced perception of stress, help to manage anxiety, a chance to calm the mind or a number of other reasons that have nothing to do with the poses themselves and the body.
