Mindful Hot is truly a methodical practice that gives us an opportunity to flow while sequentially moving through the body's tightness. It's a practice for beginners due to the slower and more static pace. It's a practice for advanced yogis because it gives you time to go toward your edge and try fun, funky options you may have done before.
Today's class works deep twists, hips and hamstrings with an option for side crow or twisted-flying-splits for those who want a challenge. But it's also perfect for someone not practicing as much who needs to move through some tension on the mat.
