Want to move but need to stay off your wrists? I've got you covered. Asana keeps you off your hands while targeting the lower body specifically hip flexors, quads and glutes. This class involves the air element as we explore lightness, ease and possibilities. Movement is done standing, kneeling, seated and lying down. If you need support in standing postures have a wall nearby or skip embodying the asana physically and visualize the movement instead. The standing section is around 6 minutes.
