We change over time. We lose access to past versions of ourselves even though they all culminate to make us this version - who we are in this very moment. In this meditation we appreciate 3 different versions of ourselves while also working on releasing attachment to them.
No props are required but should you need props to get comfortable for 20 minutes please do so. Sit or lie down it doesn't matter. Just try to find a position you can stay conscious in.
