So many of us have experienced shifts in life - some subtle, some vast - but almost everyone has had to hit "pause" on a passion of theirs as we learn to live in a different, less connected way. Passion, though, is necessary for life. Today's practice is all about 2nd chakra, emotion and passion and asks the question, "How can we find passion in a pause?"

If you miss being in studio...this practice is almost a return to our "community". We'll work with connection, expansion and the peak pose of "star"....if that doesn't sound "peak pose worthy" - just wait! We'll be taking this shape in many ways as we encourage ourselves to open to possibility....
