These holidays might have us more alone than usual. In class I'll ask you to reflect on everyone and thing you are connected to and it what ways you can still engage with that relationship even if it's in new ways. Our affirmation is "I can connect" and our sequence focuses on the heart chakra. This chakra is linked to our relationships and is the meeting point between the physical and subtle chakras which is where we are these days when it comes to connection. Grab three blankets and a bolster for class.
