Saraswati 4 | Restorative Meditation for Intuition + Link to Mantra Meditation
Guided by a Goddess, a 6-Week Series

We begin our meditation with breath awareness before reflecting on something you've been doubting or unsure of. Once we have our topic in mind we'll deeply feel around and listen to knowledge that comes deep from within. Knowledge our bodies already know but our minds haven't figured out. Saraswati isn't bold like Kali. She comes to us in little whispers which is why I think intuition is so hard for us to witness and receive. Ask the questions and then become so still that the tiniest little signal is registered. That is the way to Saraswati. You'll want two bed pillows, a bolster, and two blocks.

This sound file is 108 rounds of the seed sound Aim which is linked to Saraswati. Seed sounds don't have direct translations but are really about invoking an energy. While there is no translation of Aim it is thought of as the feminine version of Om. Please note that there is never any pressure to do the full 108. It's just there if you want it. You can also listen, join out loud with your voice or in your mind.
