Durga Week 5 | Kundalini Inspired Practice for Physical and Mental Strength
Guided by a Goddess, a 6-Week Series
•
15m
This style involves repetitive movement linked to the breath. The movement is done seated and lying down (with one variation shown on hands and knees but there's another way to do it shown seated). While this class is about tapping into different forms of strength don't forget that Durga is also a protector. Tap into her energy for protection against yourself as we often times can hurt ourselves physically by over doing it and mentally by not accepting ourselves. Remember that mental strength is extremely valuable so if something isn't serving your body adjust the movement or visualize it. Work on the mental work in saying no to our ego and committing to nourishing ourselves.
