Parvati Week 6 | Movement for Commitment + Link to Mantra Meditation
Guided by a Goddess, a 6-Week Series • 15m
These movements are relatively simple but they are repeated and sustained which might make it pretty challenging. You already know to stop, adjust, or visualize when what I'm offering isn't the most supportive version for yourself so I won't harp on that but wanted to remind you there's no pressure. I think the idea of commitment kinda confuses our brains. I don't want to you to think in this class I mean that you need to do exactly what I say the whole time for the set time and forcing yourself through it. No. Commit to taking care of yourself and exploring your own personal edge.

This mantra is actually a mantra for Shiva but it's the mantra that Parvati uses to call Shiva to her. It's Om Namaha Shivaya. We go through 108 rounds of the mantra. You could repeat it out loud with me. Just listen and meditate on the sound or of course you can repeat it out loud with me.
