With the energies this week being New Moon in Libra (and Libra ruling balance and harmony) we will be incorporating a fun sequence with lots of variations of different standing balancing poses. Core work will be sprinkled throughout not because we are trying to change something about ourselves, but to strengthen and support what it means to center and find harmony and balance within ourselves.
