Flowing to Stillness with Malerie, 50 Minutes (Live 1.22.2021)
Gentle Flow / Fusion Classes • 55m
A slow and spacious flow that asks us to reflect on the space we natrually receive. Which is often the space we don't want. It's not the space that's demanded, forced or created by us but that we must surrender to. For example I'll ask you tro try to keep your natural breath - the space already provided - instead of controlling the space. Our asana plays with balance and heart opening that winds down into some restorative shapes. You'll need wall space, three blankets, a bolster and a block.
