Grab two blocks, a few blankets or pillows and a strap or long scarf or rope. If you can, make some space at the wall. This practices works into a restorative chest opener and restorative "legs up the wall" or "restorative shoulder stand"...before settling into a restful savasana with an empowered "resolve" or sankalpa.
