Grab two blocks and a strap if you have them. Today we'll be working into splits and binds as we work to approach standing splits with our shoulder tucked under the leg. Yep - its all kinds of crazy 😜 but that's by design. Mindfulness is MOST powerful when it doesn't come natural... when we have to be diligent enough to invoke it. That's todays class - a slow, steady flow that at times gets complicated but offers enough "outs" that beginners can stay with us.
