We have all been dealing with a lot of chaos for a long time. Our minds and hearts are confused. It seems like continual mayhem that's out of our hands. So what do we do? When we can't take action or there's nothing else we can do we have to come to terms with resting amongst the chaos. So today that's what we are working on - acknowledging the weight, letting go of what's out of our hands and considering one simple action for something we can influence, welcoming joy in uncomfortable times, Vagal Tone to shift from sympathetic dominance to parasympathetic dominance more easily and quickly, and softening when our instinct is to stiffen.

Grab two blocks, a bolster, a blanket and some wall space but grab more props if you have them (pillows/blankets/cushions/etc). I won't be cuing for other props but if you want to be extra held and cushioned place the additional props wherever there are gaps. Meaning a gap between your body and the floor or another prop.
