Dhumavati is the goddess of disappointment, letting go, and emptiness. I've jokingly called her the goddess of 2020. While there are hard aspects of sitting with her energy it is also freeing and brings a sense of acceptance. I'm asking you to take this class in bed - yup do it! No props are mandatory. Whatever is on your bed should be perfect but if you want to have an extra blanket, sweater, or bolster near by it might make you even more cozy. See you in bed!
