Yinflow is one of our most popular class formats! We start with Yin, a style that works through the tightness in our soft tissue and move into "flow" - working toward a "peak pose". Tonite's posture is "revolved triangle" and we'll be working hips, hamstrings, low back and heart opening while listening to Sampha.
