To see clearly we must look within... this practice is a process of turning inward for clarity.
We'll move through one salutation for the majority of practice to dive deeper and focus the mind before turning inward as we work toward plow.
Wall space is helpful but not required.
One blanket and a few pillows can be good props if you are not proficient in plow (I'm not either!).
