As we pause in a week that honors the lives of Dr King & Muhammad Ali, and brings the change of leadership in our country...there is so much to sit with and unpack. This practice is an exercise of Joyous Care for oursevles as a way of honoring those who walk before us and among us carrying a heavy load. Grab blocks if you have them or something similar shape and consistency along with blankets and pillow.
