Malerie brings Sutra 1:2 and 1:3 into practice giving us a chance to reflect on what is yoga and what is not. Our asana is centered on our legs and we close with a meditation before a short Savasana.
Accessibility: Movement starts with a bit of standing asana and works its way down to kneeling, sitting and lying down. Grab two blocks and a blanket for practice.
