Join Malerie for a Meditative Yin and Restorative practice focused on Creation and Manifestation. You'll need wall space, a bolster, two blocks and a blanket at minimum. We always suggest having more props (pillows/blankets) around so you can make adjustments to better serve your body based on what you're feeling along the way.
