Join Annelise for her signature Sunrise practice, Sun Salutations.. This practice is built around repetitive, creative salutations which are each repeated 5-10 times. By using repetition we are able to find a meditative space in our minds while challenging our fitness and endurance and each salutation progresses into deeper and more challenging ways of opening the body.
Today's class is centered around two untraditional inversions...Chin Stand and Locust Pose. We'll build to these complex postures by working leg extension in warrior 3 and opening the front and back of the heart and shoulders.
