We spend a lot of time and energy reaching for extraordinary things, feelings and experiences. We create anxiety around it and cause stress over it. This class is centered on not only being with the simple and ordinary but finding joy in it.
Accessibility: Movement is done seated, lying down and kneeling with the majority of class done lying down. There is an inversion at the wall. You'll need access to wall space and a blanket.
No playlist is provided today because I want you to listen to YOUR ordinary music. Whatever you like to listen to put it on and move to it.

Yin (Neck and Shoulders) with Malerie...
This one is for those times when you feel tension built up in your neck and shoulders. Because the neck is delicate we do relatively short holds with a variety of positions without overwhelming the neck. You'll need a strap and a blanket for practice.
