This week we are focusing on the idea of finding freedom for self. Freedom for our truth, freedom for our body, freedom for the collective. As opposed to freedom from the crowd, freedom from past, free from this and that. The outside that we feel like we need to pull from is not the problem, it's owning where we stand in the pursuit of freedom to move for something and to be an advocate of what we want to see in this life, for ourselves and others. We will be working through different Bakasana (Crow Balance) variations to find what it is we are soaring for. Props: 2 blocks.
