Our body breathes for us constantly. Most of it going completely unnoticed by us. When we do notice it we transform it. This practice allows us to cherish and spend time with our natural breath. It's ordinary magic and power. Honoring, finding joy in and craving the mundane is a beautiful practice and skill. Stay with anything long enough and it becomes mundane because we know it so well. But don't we want to know people well enough and long enough that there is ordinary comfort in being with them? No needing to put on a show, prove something or anything else. Maybe honoring sacred relationships is a practice of not running away when the sparkles fade but growing an ordinary garden. This is a big practice though so let's be with our breath and work on this relationship. Staying and finding gratitude even when it all seems the same. You may want a blanket for this practice.
