ACT with Stefanie Boettle
ACT with Stefanie Boettle • 1h 16m
What do you think of when you hear the word "to act"? Doing something powerful, exerting lots of energy, getting busy...? ACT is a practice around what it means to move into action in an authentic way and most importantly in a way that gives us energy, peace, balance and healing. In this time around the election we might experience lots of anxiety, anger, helplessness or just feeling paralized. Neither burying our head into the sand and waiting until all is over nor engaging in a million activities might bring us the needed balance and peace in this time. Let us together explore some of the core teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, one of the most important ancient texts that gives us guidance on how to move through these challenging times. This practice is around 90 minutes long and consists of a physical practice that explores the balance of moving inward into deep listening and igniting our fire and heat in order to step into action with courage and trust. Furthermore we'll work with 2 powerful pranayama (breath exercises), journaling and meditation.
