The yin yoga you're most familiar with is based off the earth element. While there are other ways of doing yin we are diving deep into the well known earth element with the sensation of stillness and grounding. The energy from the yin section will be amplified with our long restorative hold. This is a sequence that centers around the hips and hamstrings.
