In this 30 minute flow we are working with headstand and maybe even floating up to one. We are reflecting on avidya which can be translated as lack of awareness or ignorance. It is the root klesha (or cause of suffering) which means it can lead us to egoism, attachments, aversions and fear. Grab some blocks for this class and make sure you've got some free wall space.
