I saw a quote the other day that said "you haven't yet met all the people you will love" and I couldn't get it out of my head. This class is inspired by this thought as well as loyalty and devotion. We explore some Hindu mythology around Hanuman and his devotion for Rama as well as a story about Radha and her love for Krishna. Our sequence is inspired by Hanuman and we will work towards front splits.
