In this class we are working with the hips and sacral chakra which is connected to the water element. We associate this often with yielding, flow, and surrender but not today. We are embracing the powerful side of water. The force, energy, and big feels. We are working up to a side plank variation.

This practice is all about the spine. We will get it moving in all directions but focus mainly on the balance between forward folds and backbends for equal front/back line work.
