Our sequence focuses on the second chakra with an option to build towards yogi dandasana which means we are getting into the hips. Hip releases can invite in a lot of sensation so we are consciously using sensation to stay present and aware. Grab a block and a blanket.

Expand and contract. This practice is about both taking up space and drawing in. We will use the breath to become bigger than our bodies and use our strength to pull back. A dance between vulnerability and strength. We are working with camel and crow pose. No props needed.
