Yoga and more specifically mindfulness gives us the gift of the magical pause . It's the skill to absorb something, make a conscious decision of how to respond before reacting from a temporary emotion. It allows us to stay more in alignment with the person we want to be. Our flow is centered around the solar plexus chakra in an attempt to burn off some energy in order to think clearly. You'll need a bolster, two blocks and three blankets for class.
