This practice is a turning inward to the darkness but not with an understanding of how strong we are. Expect to be challenged, to open hamstrings, to fold & twist. This one is for those times when you feel tension built up in your neck and shoulders. Because the neck is delicate we do relatively short holds with a variety of positions without overwhelming the neck. You'll need a strap and a blanket for practice.

This meditation uses a Drishti (gazing point) as the main point of focus. You can do this meditation from any position that is nourishing to your body and allows you to remain conscious. On a deeper level we will address illusions and maybe access some space of clarity.
