This week in class we are focusing on exhaling excess fear that clouds our mind, body, and soul. These fears that could currently be clouding us are fear of setting boundaries with family and friends during the holidays, fear of dealing with co-vid during the winter and what that will look like, fear that as another year closes we feel we haven't done enough or are enough, or whatever it may be that is tightening you from exhaling and releasing deeper into your body and the present moment. Fear is the absence of love so we will be combating our internal false narrative with playful "hop" transitions and softening and strengthening the heart space. Props: 2 blocks and a strap.
