This class explores how vulnerability is required in our search for true connection and belonging and how to create a safe vulnerable space without our ego getting in the way. Vulnerability is on a different side of the same coin as courage so expect a lot of front body work in the sequence as well as we soften our chest space to really open up. The vulnerability of being real is a strength, not a weakness, and true belonging means meeting life with our whole self, not just the parts we pick and choose.
