Today's class is done lying down on the back and belly with seated/hands and knees as a few transitions only. Our class is inspired by a standing vinyasa practice meaning we will explore variations of standing poses often found in vinyasa on the back and belly for a whole new experience. We will reflect on what we view as "cheating" in a yoga practice and why. Grab two blocks, a bolster, and one blanket (or two if you want to lay one out on top of your mat for a little extra cushion).
