Today we are taking a slow gentle flow with lots of props along the way as we work into the hips. We will a little bit of standing so if you need to have a wall near by for stability make sure you've set up your space where you'll get all the support you need. The majority of the class is done seated, lying down, and hands/knees. Remember if there's anything that isn't suitable to your needs today please visualize the movement/technique instead of physically doing it. You'll need two blocks a blanket and a bolster for class.
