This is a chair yoga sequence that will be done completely seated with an option to lay on the mat for savasana. Today's class reflects on Ganesha and focuses on the upper body but will touch on the whole body. There are leg movements added into the practice but they could be visualized instead of done physically which I talk about. Grab a sturdy chair, a block and a strap. If it is a folding chair please make sure it is sturdy and place it on a yoga mat so it won't move.
