Our theme today centers around honesty and how it can be the more difficult path to take. We will explore the throat chakra and how being true isn't always comfortable or easy. We are working towards the option of chin stand with lots of stops in between and our practice will end with a little bit of mantra meditation using Sat Nam. Grab two blocks for class.
